OECD
The Global Forum on Productivity (GFP) was established in 2015 by the OECD’s Economics Department and the Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation.
The GFP’s activities revolve around three pillars—research, convening, and communication—and build upon, complement, and enhance the work designated by OECD committees.
As a platform for mutual exchange of information and ideas, the GFP provides a forum for discussing the latest analyses and best practices in public policy, enabling governments to combine efforts to identify the structural and policy factors behind the slowdown in productivity. By fostering international collaboration, the GFP offers government institutions the opportunity to share views on institutional structures, exchange data and knowledge, and undertake joint analyses in this policy area.
